As a computer user, do you approve of an ordering principle, in the form of legislation, being formulated and enforced to govern computer use? Why? Why not?

               Computer has been a very useful thing to us specially in doing our work/job easier and faster, and as a concern citizen having an ordering principle, in the form of legislation governing computer use very nice idea. Why? because this law will help us to know our limitations in using computers. Without this law people will do what ever they wanted without thinking if it is good or not....So we need to be aware of it.

    i think i am the only one who disagree in this law. though it really helps us to mitigate crimes i certainly disagree;)


    as what i've said in my blog Going over legislation in governing computer use waste's of money, staffing, and other valuable resources.

    It's absolutely right that laws and principles must implemented because we all know as a computer users that their is such many crimes and immoral things and deeds that is happening already in our society...

    Even though those laws are implemented and enforced it will not stop unethical and immoral use of computer. I think the one who use computer will be the one who is responsible for its action. I think what should the government do is not only to implement those laws but to advocate also the users to learn and guide them the right way of using computers.
