Most Predominant Theory
I think the theory that predominates the world of computing today is the idea of Mill's Utilitarianism. I say this because computer users now a days don't think enough of what they are doing. Just like hacking, they do this because they believe that they have the capability to do it and that is their own happiness even though they know it is illegal. Also pornography, many are still patronizing pornography because they get pleasure in it and they earned much money from it. This are some way how people become happy of their own.
Preliminary Theories
* Morally good under all circumstances
CREATING PROGRAMS/SOFTWARE FOR BUSINESS DOMAIN
- it is morally good under all circumstances in a way that you can help people who are engage in business domain by making their work more easier and simpler by creating programs/software. For example, they record manually and to make their work easier we can create programs/software for this circumstances. So in preliminary theory, I consider it as Relativism because truths depend on the individual and group holding them.
* Morally bad under all circumstances
PRIVACY (GADGETS, SOCIAL NETWORKING SITES, ETC.)
- it is morally bad under all circumstance because we don't respect the privacy of other people who really own that thing. For example, you borrow cellphone to your friend and as a friend you should know your limitation because in the first place it is not yours. In this case you are violating Absolutism because you violate the standard or the universal law which is human rights.
* Morally good/bad under certain circumstances
SOFTWARE PIRACY
- software piracy for me is considered as morally good/bad under certain circumstances. It is good when you use the software for academic purposes and bad in the sense that you are using the software to earn money.

The laws mentioned above underpinned the non-jural laws like moral law and natural law, because these human actions violate righteousness, justice, equity and fairness.
